Mr Miles Banwell PhD, FRCS (Plast)
Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Mr Miles Banwell is a member of several professional organisations including the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).
He is also a full member of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe (RSE).
Mr Banwell has a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Surgery from the University of London and received his medical degree from St. Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School in London. He completed his early surgical training in teaching hospitals across London and completed full-time medical research and his PhD degree at Imperial College. Soon after, Mr Banwell began an appointed six-year plastic surgery training program in Cambridge. He then completed further training in microsurgery and breast reconstruction in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Mr Banwell is committed to staying up to date with the latest surgical skills and technology available. He has traveled extensively to hone his skills and to work alongside top surgeons at leading plastic and cosmetic surgery centers on both sides of the Atlantic, including Atlanta (USA), Nice (France) and Cologne (Germany).
Mr Banwell is highly respected by his peers. He is a consultant at St. Andrews Centre, Chelmsford, one of the largest NHS plastic surgery units in the United Kingdom. He previously taught anatomy at Cambridge University.
Mr Ahid Abood MBBS (Lond) MA Cantab M.Sc FRCS (Plast)

Mr Abood Is a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He graduated from Cambridge University and subsequently trained extensively in Plastic Surgical techniques throughout the UK and internationally. He returned to Cambridge to take up an NHS appointment as a Consultant where he currently sub specialises in microsurgical reconstruction following major trauma and cancer (Addenbrooke’s Hospital).
As well as a busy NHS practice he has private clinics in Cambridge and London. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS).
Monica Fawzy FRCS ( Plast)
Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Ms Fawzy is a council member of BAPRAS. She received her medical degree from Bristol University then trained in the Oxford and Cambridge areas. She taught anatomy at Oxford University and at Guys in London. She furthered her training with a Microsurgery Fellowship in Cambridge and a Craniofacial Fellowship in Paris, France.
She is a consultant in a large plastic surgery unit in Norwich, with a subspecialty interest in Head and Neck reconstruction and Facial Palsy reanimation.

Elizabeth Dale has worked in healthcare sales and marketing throughout her career. After obtaining her BSC and Marketing Diploma, she began her career working in Pharmaceuticals for GSK.
She then worked for BUPA hospitals, initially as a Regional Marketing Manager before being promoted into the insurance division. After a couple of roles in medical insurance marketing she was then invited back to run the marketing team at BUPA Hospitals. Headhunted from this role to run the marketing activities at AXA PPP, she took over the role of Head of Marketing there.
A family relocation meant a move to Transform Medical Group as Marketing Director followed by time spent as Marketing Director at The Harley Medical Group. More recently she has worked for Weymouth Street hospital, plus she has helped other healthcare and retail brands plan and execute their marketing activities.
Elizabeth is passionate about the customer and their experience and she enjoys working with new exciting brands so, when the opportunity to work with The Regenerative Clinic came up – it was an absolute ideal next step.
Alison is an AMSPAR qualified medical secretary who holds a wealth of knowledge and experience in this sector, including impressive previous roles at Guys Hospital and The Jockey Club, as well as working in the Harley street area throughout her career.
She has worked extensively with some very well-known Harley Street consultants during her successful career and has maintained the firm belief throughout that the patient always comes first.
Mr Simon Checkley
After graduating from University with a degree in Biology Simon started his career selling medical devices – laparoscopic instruments in theatre for Johnson and Johnson.
During the next 14 years at Johnson and Johnson Simon took on a number of roles of steadily increasing responsibility that culminated in a relocation to Hamburg to work in European Marketing at the European Head Quarters. It was during his time at Johnson and Johnson that Simon successfully completed his MBA.
After Johnson and Johnson Simon’s next major employer was Stryker where Simon developed his orthopaedic experience. Starting as the Business Unit Director for the UK Trauma team and eventually progressing to run Stryker Spine, CMF and Orthobiologics for Stryker Europe. While at Stryker Simon completed a further period of study as he completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard. Following Stryker, Simon has been working for a number of years as a business consultant helping to commercialise products and services for a variety of organisations before taking on the challenge of running the Regenerative Clinic.
Mr Dan Smith
A highly experienced entrepreneur in the digital sector, Dan is also the Managing Director of D Medical Ltd and Dodec Media which he set up in 2014 and 1997 respectively.
Daniel has an in-depth knowledge of digital media and strategy and a wealth of experience in both open source and bespoke software development. He has worked across a broad range of industry sectors including retail, finance and healthcare.
Studying at, and receiving her qualifications from Oxford University, Lisa is an expert in the aesthetics industry. She began her medical career in orthopaedic trauma and then on to plastic surgery. Lisa also went on to develop her knowledge of the aesthetic Medicine in Asia and America.
Have made a lasting impression on her, Lisa was inspired by what she witnessed being achieved in Asia and America without surgery, and her ideas on the management of the ageing face. Attending Botox and Dermal Filler masterclasses in London also concreted her evidence based knowledge in non-surgical aesthetic medicine.

Outcomes and research programme
As part of your treatment, we will ask you to help us collect, record and analyse the results of your Lipogems® therapy so that we can measure how well the treatment works and the quality of our service. In order to do this, we ask all our patients to fill out short questionnaires about their condition at various stages including: when you come to your first appointment, shortly after your surgery, and at regular intervals afterwards.
